Pretty sure you can modify a file or two in the directory but I'm not really trusting of my skills at not screwing up the install.

Would actually loved to have seen a trainer, yet ...I imagine there are just too few players who would request one
Seasons of the Wolf is a great RPG I truly love that game

I -did- spend a lot of coin to try get a trainer for another Ren'py game. It went through, but, Wizard (Pwizard?) reached out to me, and said Ren'py trainer wasn't (easily) doable. All my RC was refunded.
Think the same is true for this game, Ren'py doesn't like trainers

Yes it does not, but the script files in the game directory are easily modifiable as they are plain text. There are also many free online savegame editors for renpy, because the savegame structure is for all games the same. I suggest using one of these two methods instead.
