Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

In all honesty, I was not reporting a game update, or patch - I was following up from what other have already posted about, including the programmer of the file - who has replicated the error and has already mentioned that he will be re-uploading an amended file in due course.

I was trying to be an honest member of the forum, and as another user confirming that it is not isolated to a few members, that it is indeed more wide spread.

I am using the latest dated trainer file - that which was uploaded on 12th December 2019, for the latest version of the game. And have tried all the diagnostic tests. To use a vernacular turn of phrase - I am quite OCD like that, due to having high autistic traits. I will not post any comment about errors or faults until I have exhausted all possible fault finding routines.

So drawing a line under this. I look forward to enjoying more work from your wonderful programmers who produce these trainer files.

@Treker_ed: Can you see if you get different result when activating the trainer BEFORE main menu and on next try AFTER when you are ingame?

I also have the steam version and difficulties to reproduce it.

@0x90 - I used the original file I downloaded on the 12th and this gave me a message to say "update available" . I have consequently downloaded the updated file.

I hit F1 as the game started (so literally when I saw game detected on the trainer) and so far all seems to be working.

I will continue to test - only trying the first 5 items so far, but they are all working fine so far.

You guys really are fantastic at what you do. So glad I paid for the lifetime membership. So sorry being in the UK with crappy exchange rates that I cannot easily pay for +membership (doesn't help that I don't work due to health reasons... but that's another matter entirely!) 🙂 😀

@0x90 & @Treker_ed: I grabbed latest and I am unable to recreate the issues I was having. This build seems to be working as intended. I tested as soon as the program launched, main menu, after loading save in exploration/freemode and survival and receive no errors and performs as intended. Thank you!

@Treker_ed: Can you give it a try what Tatsur0 said and reinstall the game on Steam + redownload the trainer? Maybe something got cached...

This was a new install.

And I've cleared all my caches - manually (I dual boot with Linux and at least twice a day, I do a manual clean of all caches - that's another of my OCD/autistic traits I have in that I am obsessive with keeping a minimal amount of data on my windows drive. 250gb SSD, but I keep it to am absolute barest minimum that I can get away with!).

Also 2 days ago had a complete system crash, so this is a new install of windows as well. Last time I played was probably last year sometime. Will keep testing though as requested. It's 22:24 here in the UK, and this one is getting a little exhausted. time to get some shut eye! Will do some more tomorrow morning. Thanks guys.
