I posted this on the CE Forums but here is a pointer for the current item durability so you can set it to 100 and freeze it.
It is: "gamedll_x64_rwdi.dll"+018DE9C8 with the 5 offsets of 14, 0, 38, 118, and 360. It is also a float like someone said. Took a while to find the right pointer since it likes to reset location every time you go to a loading screen.

It's a floating value. Take off fast scan and make sure you go with rounded (default). Equip your favorite weapon, hit a wall a couple times, re-search, etc.

They give you 1,000 combat points each for killing one.

You have to fight them one on one and QUIETLY. The thing about the nightmares is they will spawn from other undead that are attracted by the noise. So the best thing to do is pull one up on top of a building to fight it one on one.

You can literally do this all night and max out your skills (assuming you didn't already edit them)
