I am not sure if the game has been patched recently, but the trainer no longer works on the steam version. I have tried all trainer options.

there has been no patch. some users report that waiting to activate the trainer ONCE YOU ARE ACTUALLY PLAYING THE GAME AND SEE THE UNITS, etc. might help.

the game uses client server model, which sometimes the server isn't active at the main menu

Thank you for the suggestion, that fixed most of the cheat options. However, the goo resource option still does not work as intended. Activating, deactivating, activating twice, and leaving it once activated do nothing. I tried the suggestions in the trainers notes. Low goo resource does work though. I am trying to use the trainer option Goo Resource in a 4 player skirmish map with 3 other AI.

trainers wont download properly, when i try to unzip says there was some unexpected error, redownloaded at least 6 times. same everytime, with both versions. not working for me whatsoever

First, Thank you CH, great trainer, as usual.

Unlimited population doesn't seem to work with Goo faction though.

For UNLIMITED GOO RESOURCE:

After activating either have your Mom-goo get shot
OR
FIRST toggle the "Low Mother Goo" (off-> on-> off, with mom-goo on spigot)
THEN use Unlimited resource option AND move mom-goo out of spigot.

this is a known thing. we've already addressed it, and rather than remove the option completely, we left it in place for people who have read how to use the option properly and want to use it.

this problem is in place because of the way the game is programmed and to try and keep the enemy from getting same advantage.

I cannot seem to get the trainer to work with my game. I start the trainer, and then run the game, the game goes to the main menu and I press the F1 key, and nothing happens. No acknowledgment or anything. I tried to do the suggestion of attempting to activate it at the start of a campaign, but to no avail.

Any advice on this matter would be appreciated,
