Turn off AV and redownload?

thank you for the trainer.
I have a problem with it though. I can;t seem to activate it. when I press F1 I get an error message that from Microsoft .net framework that reads "Unhandled exception has occurred in the application. If you click continue the application will ignore the error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediately".
If I press Continue both the trainer and the game still run but the trainer is not activate( I don't hear the "trainer activated" message), if I press quit the trainer closes but the game still runs without any problems.
I downloaded and installed Microsoft .Net framework 4.5.2 from the Microsoft website but I get the same error.
The thing is I never had any other problems with previous trainers from cheathappens before. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Ah, cant believe I forgot to do that in the first place, had an air head moment lol, thanks for the reply and reminder to do that. It works perfect now.

Please disable ANY security software. Rightclick on the trainer and run as admin. Repeat this step for the game as well.

I tried that and it didn't work. I tried running both the game and the trainer in admin mode, I tried running them in compatibility mode with Windows 7. I have windows 7 with Service Pack 1 on 64bits.

As it says the trainer has no access to the game process. This is very likely caused by UAC and missing administrator rights. But also AVs can block trainers from accessing other processes.

There is not much I can do. You need to find out what is blocking the trainer. Some AVs ignore your whitelist or have beside of their realtime scanners another background engine running that blocks trainers.

I have nearly zero information about what is running on your computer also I dont have access. It isnt much helpful but there is nothing I can do for you.
