Do any of thes work with the GOG version?

Can we also get an upgraded trainer for the gog version or if anyone knows a workaround can you please help me.

This game came out in 2004.
The trainer is for the 2004 edition of the game.
The workaround would be to find an old copy of the game if you want to use the trainer.

No guarantee but you might also try dloading a fixed.exe patch from like GameCopyWorld and see if that still works. Here for example:
