Mizari can be played if you edit the trait affinity file and make the not hidden like the others they seem to be exactly the same as the vaulters but they have different art
check the other post to figure out how to get to this file and so on

I can't seem to find the line to edit to make them unrestricted. They have all the same hidden areas as the other factions but no matter what I change they still say restricted content

why would you? There is LITERALLY NOTHING different from them to the Vaulters except the leader picture, Unit's don't even have a reskin.
