the inf. fuel and damage works me the but values in the editor are -9. then a bunch of numbers and changing them does nothing and clicking hotkeys to add resources does not add them. what am i doing wrong? is there a way to run it in 64 bit that i cant seem to find or what?

You are right and I was wrong. I've only looked at the offset and they didn't changed but what changed is the data type of the resource (not that often developers change it).

just cant get this one to work, its closing the trainer with an unhandled exception telling me to install the latest VCRedist, which i have done :/
