Options -------
Numpad 1: Super Health Numpad 2: Easy Kills
Notes -------
TURN OFF OPTIONS WHEN NOT NEEDED!
Numpad 1: Super Health - at the beginning of the combat portion of the game, toggle this option on and then move your mouse around a bit. It will set your health to your units to a high value. Please note that when the enemy is attacking, it will knock their health down to normal values. So you may have to repeat this from time to time. Do not use this option when the enemy is attacking or moving, or it may set their health high. You can use the Easy Kills option to reset the enemy health back to low. This option shuts itself off after 3 seconds. As a rule, it's best to use this option at the beginning of the game, and after any of your units have been injured.
Numpad 2: Easy Kills - at the beginning of the combat portion of the game, press this option key and then move your mouse around a bit. It will set all of the enemy units to very low health. The option deactivates after about 3 seconds. You likely will only need to do this once at the beginning of the combat round. However, if enemies heal, or you have increased thier health by accident, when you are in the attacking portion of the game you can use this option again to set any visible enemy units to low health.
This trainer will allow you to customize the keys if you desire! There are two ways to do this. One is the built-in custom key creation and the other is the Trainer Customizer.
Built-in Custom Key Creation (this feature is not in Promo Trainers)
To create a custom key, make sure you have pressed F1 to activate the trainer. Next, mouse over the option description on the trainer and press the left mouse button. You will hear "Select Key". Select the key on your keyboard that you wish to use. The program will then say "Activated" and the option listed on the trainer will update to the key you selected and will have "Custom" before it. You can also click ANY option with the mouse button and then press the ESC key to reset the trainer options back to their default keys. You will need to do this each time you start the trainer or use the Trainer Customizer described below.
Trainer Customizer
Alternatively, you can also use our Trainer Customizer to accomplish this! Download it from our trainer troubleshooting page (link below).

Bit of an issue with the trainer. After the first generation of heroes, the health option only works for heroic lines that are housed in keeps, and eventually stops working all together. The easy kill option then affects your own party members, reducing both your heroes and the enemies' health to one. Is there any way to work around this?

Try restarting the trainer and/or the game, I think that solved it for me. As an added bonus, try searching xp with CoSMOS as a float value, and set it to 13999 (1 xp short of level 10) so that any xp gain, including end of mission, gives you max level and all skill unlocks.
I'm just hoping somebody figures out how to modify hero stats. That would make research a breeze. Build time would be awesome too. I haven't found the save location to try notepad++ yet.

Easy kills nerfed my own heroes as well as enemies. Super health did nothing

Yeah that just happened to me after I loaded a save about mid-game. Maybe it has something to do with shifting hex locations...

Same issue. Easy kills affects everyone and super health does nothing at all.

Same problem for me. I resorted to trying the trainer to beat the final battle but the Super Health function only effects one of my units and the Easy Kills reduces the HP of every unit on the battlefield - including my heroes - except the one hero for whom the Super Health function works.
