I've done all the 'single alarm' Outposts, all the Towers in that region, a few of the Campaign quests and a number of other quests ... but no Arena has shown up yet. When does it show up please? Thanks.

Thanks Drenus. I wondered if that were the case. I've been concentrating more on the 'side' quests to boost the stats (and my miserable capabilities). So, it's back to the plot, as they say!
