Updated all my drivers. (needed to be done anyway.)
No need to update any of my equipment. My Rig is fairly new.
No issues as of late. And the trainer works Beautifully.

    Thanks CH!
And,BTW, I own enough games to know that DirectX "" has issues every time i install.

I got the same issue when i run hbao+ and hboa. Try to disable it or just go with SSAO.

Edit: I fixed reinstalled DX and Updated drivers!

I got my game fixed by disabling Origin in the game and disable "Ambient Occlusion." No more "GetRemoveDevice Error" Directx crash for days.

Open origin and go to settings, it should say disable Origin In-game or something in that line

I have my graphic setting at the highest, have Origin open and seiwtch quite often between the game and the browser and it crashes only about every 10 - 15 hours - mostly when I have trainer option 1 enabled.

With the quite short loading times for the different screens am I pretty much satisfied - I've seen worse. I tried to read the text on the different loading screens but I hardly can ready 1/3 of it and the game continues. It does matter whether you have the game installed on a HDD or an SSD.

I only get crashes with the trainer. Using the CE table that was linked in another post works perfectly, so saying it's not the trainer is probably wrong.
