Well, I'm glad I relented and bought this game but.. I'm still quite upset with the bugs I'm getting.
The most notable and annoying? Random crashes to desktop. During cinematics, during gameplay, sometimes when I go to someplace via the map/world map. It can happen any time, anywhere. I've tried dialing down my graphics, I've tried turning origin overlay off and even turning origin off completely for that game.. updated my drivers, even updated my drivers with the beta drivers for this game and Far Cry 4. No go so far. Anyone else have this issue and maybe fix it? I've scoured google and none of their solutions helped, so I thought I'd ask here too.

It's not you, it's the new DRM system they are using, it changes the location of the game's .exe and is one of the main reason causing crashes. I can't play really also because of this, even though I got a system that can more than handle it (heck I'm playing it on Nvidia Surround)

Yeah, I'm seeing a lot of posts online about CTD issues, I really hope they issue a fix for this soon in a patch.

I was looking forward to DA:I, but I can't play this game. I've got the latest drivers, dumbed down the graphics to play-skool level, and the game goes down like a two-dollar ***** every time. I've fought the stupid Pride Demon I don't know how many times, but I can't get past it. I get around to closing the rift, it starts to load the next scene... and crashes.
This game is completely unplayable for me, never mind the control issues. I could learn to deal with the control issues... if I could play the damn game!

Renimar if you are using the trainer try turning off the options you are using right as you are destroying the shard.

One thing that has helped me on game crashes while using the trainer is, I'll ignore the infinite potions and infinite mana/power and also the no cooldowns, BUT when my health or a teammates health drops low I'll toggle the unlimited party health briefly just to get back to full. Split second button press, watch health bars fill back up and toggle it back off. Also, not sure if this helps with crashes, but while toggling the health option on/off I mutter under my breath "Stupid DRM". Maybe that last thing is just for me, but it reminds me to have all trainer options in Off mode before I leave battle.

ANTI-STATIST

Dragon Age 3: Inquisition is truly a beautiful game. But unfortunately, at this particular time, it is a 'crash-o-matic' game!
We are being consumed by statism (state-ism). It is very unfortunate that our normalcy bias prevents us from being aware of this. Also, regardless of our level of awareness, the end of this process will be our enslavement to the state.
