Any news of mods for this game yet? I read it won't happen and it's impossible on the particular engine.
It seems a little early to say something is impossible. Frostbite 3 is a new engine and modders are still learning to work with it. Also given only 3 games have been released made with it before DAI, and none of them really needing modding, I doubt the community has been working hard on it. But now with DAI out and a big demand it will happen. It's just going to take time.
Just look at the 3DS, it's taken almost 4 years for someone to get home brew games to work.
