I've found the trainer works well enough for my needs. I'm in no hurry to end the game. I love to explore.
I would love to explore if the camera, UI, and controls were not so broken for PC.
You can't even lock the camera behind your character, like standard behavior in every MMO or 3rd person game. Shocking.
And honestly, the whole process of gathering materials and crap like that is so insanely tedious. Even if they fix the controls eventually, I know I won't have any interest in gathering that crap.

Oh, don't get me wrong, i love to explore too, i just don't want to get undergeared due to bad loots.
I actually wandered into a new area which was no warning and the mobs were all level 14....i was level 4.....safe to say we died.....they need to either make it warn us or scale all mobs to our level...like skyrim does.
I think the only problems I have are targeting and the DirectX errors.
As for resources, if I see one I don't have, I loot it. I like being able to port to camps near where I want to go. I can sell often, too. Most looting seem redundant. I don't need the gold, nor extra resources. Even looted gear, unnecessary unless it's better than I have, or my partners.
I haven't tried the console, to see what I can find there. Perhaps better resources? The skins/furs I'm getting now are for low level gear. Silly to keep looting those. Unless... What does it take to use the high level schematics? Do you have to level up your crafting abilities?
You just need to find higher tier schematics, or buy them.. Progress the story a bit and you will run into stores selling better schematics.

The only dragon i encountered practicually one shotted me....but i walked into a level 14 area without even knowing it, no warning, no nothing.
HA, this happened to me as well. Was like, "The hell man, thanks for the heads up." Gotta spanking and I didnt even enjoy it.
That is something bioware needs to sort out, a warning about entering a area for different levels.
