Regarding the Trainer, Add Inquisition/Power Points, Unlim....

I have purchased a membership, downloaded the trainer yet it crashes every time I start it up. It tells me that it is not working. The only thing I can figure is that the trainer is not compatible with Vista. Is there a plan to fix this or am I just doing something wrong?
