seriously tho, i put like 15 hours into the game sofar, and i barely scratched the story, im just going about collecting and unlocking stuff, the only beef i got with teh game sofar, is the lack of destruction , i mean, putting C-4 on a wood bridge for example, doesn't even dent the bridge , i would love to see them put the next game on an engine like that of BF4/Crysis

how's everyone else liking the game sofar?

Honestly? I'm finding it a little bland.

Running around on an elephant is great fun, but i'm finding the actual story content to be weak. Don't get me wrong, not saying it's a bad game, because it isn't. And if i'd played this before FC3 i'd call it sex in gaming form. However despite the improvements in this game, i still feel FC3 is just so much better

I'd say it's definitely an FC3 update, but at least to me the story is a little more authentic or believable.

Only thing I'm really disappointed about is the weapons. There were a few new additions, but everything else is basically the same, even including the special weapon names. Also sad because they once again have all these regular weapons, but either no mods, or only a handful that are severely hampered by mod limits. I was expecting a more significant update on that front because it had so much more potential. Guess I'll have to mod this the same way I modded FC3 so I can at least put all mods on all weapons again.

I found the whole 'follow the golden path stuff' to be something I didn't really enjoy, the two leaders and the choices were interesting to an extent but the characters themselves weren't that compelling and their polarisation didn't actually do anything to help that, just made it more like trying to appease children who would never be satisfied.

so I did like any gamer would do, put them off for as long as possible or tuned them out any time they spoke, though... Amita wasn't hard on the eyes for me.

Pagan himself who was fantastically done in my opinion though, and loved him to bits, maybe not in that raw fashion as Vaas but still... that guy has style, pink suit and all. he's as kind of the 'other end' of the sociopathic spectrum in relation to our much beloved Vaas and almost completely un-demanding of the main character, just critical, made you think.

Though the radio guy, he got to me too... really is hilariously random if you listen to him.

seriously... I was not expecting that whole tangent on chaffing underwear... but now its in my mind every single time Ajay goes in and out of any body of water. seriously... wet denim anyone remember that feeling? and the sun isn't quite enough to just dry us here either. Also happens to feature my favourite single-barrel LMG - the MG42, and the signature variant is absolutely one of the, if not the best weapon in the game.

The game is nice, I love autodrive, but what I really need is to find out why I can't find anymore story missions, and I litteraly haven't scratched the surface, I did like 1 mission, 2 talks. and now my map has nothing, I unlocked all towers, No campaign missions to be seen.

that sounds strange, whats the last mission you did?


as for the rest, i must say that i don't have the issues you have, guess im just a sucker for these types of games, with little attention to minor annoyence things

You have no letters showing on your map (L, S, A, etc) indicating the main characters (Longinus, Sabal, Amita, etc) who you get missions from? Pretty sure those are the main story missions before reaching the larger ones later.

All letters? When I look at the rest it doesn't say campaign just normal mission.
