I can do the schematics, but haven't figured out how to add gear parts to weapons.
The anvils in the center of the crafting area in Haven allow you to add/remove components from weapons. (I have not yet gotten Skyhold, so the layout might be different there.) Please note that you need to use the arrows in the upper right of the screen to switch party members if you want to modify currently equipped weapons.
Also, one nice perk about crafting is that different materials yield different colors for your armor. I have my whole party decked out in white and gold livery (nugskin and dragon bone, respectively). I think it's fitting, seeing as I'm playing a very white-knight kind of character.
Crafting for this game is the best ever seen, buy weapon & other was ok at the start. but with craft you can do almost anything with it.
skyrim was okay craft stuff, it wasn't the best.
The difference between skyrim and this game is that skyrim had alot of console commands to spawn the materials for the crafting of the items, so i could have the best armor from the start, then i could just play the game and experience the stories.
The storylines is the main thing for me, nothing else really matters for me.
I didn't notice anyone mention it but I think you can use the unlimited potions cheat on crafting mats.
I spend a lot of time crafting and found that having to sell items and buy them back just to make the number stick was a pain.
Then I noticed if you have the unlimited potions option on then trying to destroy an item, it makes the item 99, you might have to destroy it twice for the number to show 99. I saved then loaded and the number stuck, usually when using the mega crafting items the numbers would revert to the actual amount when loading. This can be used to sell items as well I remember once trying to sell all my valuables and noticed that they stuck with 99 and I could constantly sell them without losing the items from my inventory, kinda freaked out the first time it happened.
This also works on valuable items, haven't tried on anything else.
EDIT: Whoa this also works in crafting, you never have to worry about running out of mats.

you serious?
The potion option makes you have unlimited crafting materials?
So, i could use the crafting materials option to get 99 of what i currently have and then use the potion option to get infinite amount of the stuff?
Unless is it, just unlimited of what i currently have? so if i need 20, i need to get 20 and then with the option i can make an unlimited number of them?
EDIT: Wow, you are right, you just need the unlimited potion option for the crafting materials to be unlimited....you still need to collect the first lot, then with the option enabled, try to destroy the crafting material, it will seem like nothing happend, then go out of the current section, then go back in there and you will see them with x99 instead of the original amount.

Yup, looks like the mega crafting mats isn't needed. I just hope they don't change how the unlimited potions work.
I certainly hope the same thing.
