Hey thank you for the reply but I figured out what was wrong, Windows Defender thinks it's malware, Had to turn off the specific setting that doesn't allow malware to run on the computer. No idea if it actually has malware though....

Our trainers are pre-scanned and 100% virus/malware/ad-ware free. You should be fine if you set up the exclusions I suggested and don't have to turn off any option in Defender.
