I'm on the mission where I'm using the wasp to take out the bad guys, when I hear alpha team waiting on Mitchel and the wasp, but anything I do alerts the enemy.

after taking out the guards near the truck, you must fly to the rear of the building down tom the lower glassed in area. You will be prompted to deploy the mute charge. After that, kill the guys behind the glass then move to the stairwell and parking lot to kill off some more bad guys. I had the same issue too till I discovered I had to fly around to the rear of the building glassed in area.. Hope this helped!!
