Hi i cant get the guns, i activate money in divers menu and buy guns but when i spawn in - i only have the knife, and this is single player? help?

Hi, Struggling to get the trainer to work. In single player mode, trainer activates and says activated for each of the options but only the money option seems to work and even then it only seems to be working within the pregame lobby bit just before a match (against bots not other players).

Just tried it today. Like the poster before me says, it activates but has no effect anymore. Could possibly be because of recent updates.
