i just started with this game and the trainer doesn't work with health, bombs, and coins..

anyone help?

we posted a new trainer on December 10th. make sure to delete your old trainer and download the new one. if you already have the latest trainer then make sure your trainer has admin priviledges.

the trainer is designed to work through patches... unless these newb developers have once again rewritten this engine for the 4th time..

I can confirm no option of the trainer works right now, I've tried with 5 different characters.
