the game just updated at 16:22 when I signed on please advise what to do the the game runs fine without the trainer crashes at beginning of game right as soon as the coffins draped with the American flags comes up

yes save issue , as soon you you activate options after F1 , and then click resume to return to the game it bombs out every time

win 8.1 64bit, patched and all up to date also.

Run the trainer in admin mode ?
