Has anyone tested the trainer with the GOG version? I am curious if it works. I'm away from home now

Has anyone tested the trainer with the GOG version? I am curious if it works. I'm away from home now so I can't test myself.

I can confirm that it doesn't, just tried it now and although it says it activates on the main menu, when you either start a new game or load a saved one it crashes on the loading screen. :<
