It's weird, on most trainers there are issues with HP. And this is no exception.
its because the games are adding 1000 types of displays for health, and so the health functions that we capture are sometimes only used in some areas. we have no way of knowing until someone plays location 'X' with character 'Z' and reports that there is a problem.

I've had a bit of the same issue with easy kills. But it's 100% understandable! It always seems to toggle on, it's getting it to toggle off in the middle of a campaign without reloading last checkpoint.
Masterful trainer none the less! Love avoid melee attacks! So much fun not getting interrupted by that misc baddie that hits you when your caught entering or exiting an animation.
