I need a key for this game. Do I have to get a new key for every game? I have frequent internet disconnects that last for hours. Comcast can't seem to get it fixed.
I tried to download key request tool, but a WinZip window opens and I don't use that. I will have to see what I can work out.

The offline key request tool comes in a compressed zip file to save bandwidth. You will need to extract the program inside of it and run it to generate your offline key.
