Do any of you how to start the story missions that come with the season pass from start?

none of the season pass content has been released yet

The tests have, so that's kinda why I figured

The Bright Lord Story Mission:
Lord of the Hunt Story Mission:
Guardians of the Flaming Eye Exclusive Warband Mission:

And then Future content including additional Warband Missions, Runes, & Skins:
kinda makes me think the above is already released, since the tests are.

I did not see that

the bright lord story mission is the gollum mission

hm, I was certain I finished that one, but never played as celeb or got the one ring, I'll go back and look on my other save, thanks for the heads up
