I've just reached the stage where u get the Dubai contract from ur investor. It looks tough. Has anyone completed it ? Any suggestions ?

@ hashim. I don't know if you succeed to this quest since your post is 1 month old now but as i'm concerned i think that i'll fail the mine cause i think there is a bug on this one. for example, when i arrive at new-york to get the furniture, there is no furniture there for Jebel Ali and its often the same elsewhere so for me, no way to finish this quest in time or i missed something!!!

I've successfully completed the contract. I faced the same problem where when u arrived at a certain port the correct contracts were not available. The solution is that u keep ur ship anchored in the port and after a few days new contracts will show up and u will find that the contracts u want r now available. Hope this helps. Let me know how it worked out.
