so I tried on using the option number 7 on cheat trainer which is unlimited item usage, i tried using this on lantern oil, durability of weapons and others, food, drinks, ive tried i'd say everything but idk exactly what this option's for.
Any tip would b nice

I too would like to know what this option does. As far as I can tell it does nothing to stop items being consumed.

Everything which is stack-able like bandages. It won't prevent lantern oil from decreasing.

Then I'm afraid 'Unlimited Item Usage' is not working as intended. Using pills, bandages and other stack-able items are still deminishing when being used.

EDIT: 'Infinite Lantern Fuel' is working fine.

The one for Steam, version 1.62 55870

Was about to make a video as it was working with wooden matches. Then I noticed it does not on antibiotics. Will see if I can fix it.
