Hello, I was in free roam, and I saw a guy that had all the weapons unlocked (EMP pistol and others only available in certain modes). I tried to do this my self, by unpacking the files, but I can't seem to get it to work (cant find weapon wheel). Does anyone know how he/she could have done this and could walk me though the process? Thanks

Uhm, I am guessing he unlocked it by completing the modes? Last time I checked you would unlock them forever and usable everywhere by completing it.

This player had the spider tank anti-tank weapon, and the chain gun. I have completed all of these modes, but the weapons are not playable in any other modes.
