Ok so the first version is for Epic store, Xbox game pass and Windows store. So I downloaded the second one with says STEAM. But when you open that one it only shows icons for Epic Store, Xbone and Win and when I click F1 it fails. I tried downloading the 3rd and 4th ones but they do not work. Is the steam version retired?
All trainers are still ACTIVE, used the Steam one myself, however it was long ago and I don't remember which one it was, lemme check the tester notes.

Hi I had the exact same problem, the fix is weirdly enough using a Metro 2033 Redux trainer instead. It's the 4th one on the list, you will need to expand for older trainers, 4. Metro 2033 Redux Trainer (PATCH 06.04.2019) is the one you need.
Works perfectly with Steam version of Last Light. Hope that helps.
