When I download the trainer, I get a corrupt RAR message from winrar. I had no problem with Crysis 3 trainer, just Crysis 2.

I was unable to reproduce your issue. Please confirm with the logs of your security products to ensure they're not automatically deleting the trainer inside. Consult your security product documentation for instructions on how to prevent this issue.
You may need to open a support ticket with your AV vendor if this problem persists about the false positive if it turns out this is the case.
