There are 4 large Crystal Deposits on Taranis. I only have two left eveytime I get to one of the red x's in the mine I see no large Crystal deposit. I think this is stopping me from completing the Reactor mission, Any help would be appreciated.

Is that the quest where you're asked to find out what's happening at each of the mines? Each of them is a mini quest, some needing to have an infestation removed and workers dispatched (and then visited again), some have other requirements. It's not about finding the Crystal deposits.

thanks, you were correct. I just had to talk to certain characters close buy and I completed the mission
