i have the same problem,with this trainer i dont get it to work on version 1.16.

thank you verry much guys,its working perfect now. i dont now what you have done,but,i download the last trainer this morning i got the trainer working. 1 more thing i wanne ask you,how/or wich option do i need to get more points when you start a new project/game you get only 6 points for making the game better but how do i get more points than 6 to spend.

I found it here: gamersgomakers.ru/best-content/
It is in Russian and Ukrainian language which I don't understand, but Google Translate it: maxSkillForCurrentYearBase; 150-maximum skills for a particular year (initial)
maxSkillForCurrentYearMulti; 70-maximum skills for a particular year (improved over)
And of course it should work on your employees, too.
