no go, i got the beta, tried hacking cash via CoSMOS, now my save file is corrupted, cant play it anymore....

That was my fear, in which case I don't think the PC version brings any REAL advantages, and I think I'd enjoy playing it on a big screen more...

just because you can't hack it with CE doesn't mean it can't still be done. There are other means...
i also tried other means, but then i realized it syncs with ur local saves & cloud saves...
Since you only mention trying to edit cash and the save syncing preventing that, it sounds like cash might certainly be something protected via a server side component. (Probably sue to it being stored at an account level)
But there are more options than just editing cash that could reduce the tedious grind of the game. It doesn't just end there.
AI, NoS, Event timers, race position... anything not directly "account" related are most likely open to trainer options.
