I can confirm that the Infinite health does not work. The infinite mana seems to work since I could cast fireballs all day but none of the characters have infinite health. They just die.
The editor didn't show any stats either so I couldn't edit anything there.
I haven't tried any other options like Add gold or super speed so can't verify if those work.

Is it possible that you had a game update before those last two stages? It would explain why.
