So, its been an age or two since last i played the game but i recall back in the days you could edit game filesto have say, one land on the strategic map reward you with 9999999 strategic cash or whatever its called , also choose what cards it can give. i havnt bothered to poke my head into that myself yet again but the same was possible for the nuclear stuffles on the cold war map.

A googling should, with luck provide some results, then again steam might have encrypted the files. who knows right?.
