I'm i supposed to be extracting the .rar files in the games directory ? Every time i use the trainer the game crashes and freezes and yes, all antivirus is shut-off.
Is there any reason why you stopped making the trainers .exe ?

Trainers are programs so they can't be anything else but .exe
.rar is a compressed folder format. Try to match the trainer version with your game version.
