I am to get the same error.
Script error in line 8: Cannot find aob for 'originalcode_6776'

Please help!

Kind of Curious, Which shovel knight game is this for?

My game is at 4.0b however I notice the trainer is looking for "ShovelKnight.exe" while my .exe is called ShovelOfHope.exe

I changed it to ShovelKnight.exe and it kind of worked but crashed at the check point.

Is the game from Steam or GOG? if so then

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.

This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

Thanks for the response, I will try to touch on everything you mentioned.

- The game is from GOG, so I'm not sure why it's saying steam. I read the files that came with the trainer and I don't see any way to "pick" which version I'm using.

- I deleted the trainer and all the folders you listed (also made/ran the batch file successfully).
- I wasn't sure what you were referring to for "custom keys, debug folder". Where is this file and folder?
- Rebooted
- Updated to CH Manager 2.0.
- Downloaded trainer again.
- Ran trainer as administrator.
- Tried activating from main menu. Failed.
- Tried activated in a 20 min progress save file. Failed.
- Tried activating in a new game. Failed

I am still getting the following message:

"22:51:20: Shovel Knight, 4.2 (STEAM)
22:52:05: Successfully attached to ShovelKnight
22:52:05: player, Script error in line 8: Cannot find aob for 'originalcode_6776'"

Could it be the Steam vs GOG issue?
