Rise of Nations: Extended Edition Message Board  

There are a few resources that aren't in the trainer atm. Metal, Oil, and Knowledge. Metal is used in almost everything military related and it used in the entire game. Oil is used in the later ages when you hit the World War I era. Knowledge is used to reach National technologies at the library.

There is only one resource that is used exclusively in Conquer the World and that is Favor. You use it to buy cards or upgrade provinces you have conquered.

These resources getting included in the trainer would be awesome.

New trainer is needed as version 1.01 has been released. (Auto updater! Need to disable that.)

There are also other resources not included in the trainer: Metal, oil, tribune (in campaign map) and etc. It will be awesome to have them included in the next trainer. But so far I am very happy with the core resources, instant research/build and unlimited population!

How long does it usually take to have a new trainer up after an update?

Thank you for putting this up so quickly.

However, I had the feeling that the enemy did benefit as well from the trainer effects. Anyone else experience this?

During all of my test runs all options affect the (RED) player only. If you think the enemies are effected as well you may tell me your battle settings.

Hi 0x90. I was only playing a "Quick learn"-Game (under learn to play), in order to brush up on my Rise of Nations knowledge (it is a while since I played that game ).
To get faster through the normally unexciting learning game, I used all (wood, food, coins, pop, quick build) of the trainer features. On that kind of setting I should have been able to waltz over my enemy (the setting is still on easiest) with super modern weapons while he should have been still stuck with bow and spear.
But he was actually able to level up through the ages ahead of me!!??
The game only lasted about half an hour before we both reached the modern age and hit each other with airplanes. 🤔

I have no idea whether this would still be the case for a regular or a campaign game though.

For anyone with moar needz, the original codes still work. [enter]cheat resource +999999[enter] should be a balm to many (the increase will NOT appear for the items you have activated the trainer for).

@aufisch - I just played through the first tutorial level and flattened the opponent in 13 minutes. Not sure what happened to you.

i believe this game has a catch up mechanic for the AI. Unlike in Civ5 for example, you cant get ahead by amassive margin as the Ai will will upgrade to the next age about a minute after you advance while on the easiest setting.
