For me it works without an issue. The enemies are attacking me for minutes without killing me. How exactly do you die with health active?

Have you changed any setting on the mod?

Yes and I was talking to those who had problems.

i'm getting Net Framework error, after pressing "Launch".

i start being hit by the scary people and after about 5 hits i get pushed like miles away and my guy just face plants the floor and then it goes dark and i end up respawning in the cave

i will give that free mode thing a go if i cant get this to work so thank you for that idea vosszaa ill give it a shot

and ill give the mod a little play about with today and see if i can get it to work ill try the armore thing u suggested 0x90

thank you for the new options to still not tried thos yet but that will help alot considering iv just been editing with CoSMOS and now that saves me the fanny on with that
