I downloaded the.023 and it has the same thing, this has never happened before.
also not sure how to tell malwarbytes that it's a false positive, or how to stop it.

Hey, i had similar issue with the trainer. I was running in Windowed Mode. Turned it back to fullscreen mode and ran the trainer and it worked fine.

The below error made me think of changing lol

Can you add unlimited arrows,flaregun ammo,molotov etc options too?
And option to get any weapons form list?

Trainer not working on the latest version. (Some features are, but some aren't.)

From my experiences, option 1,2,3,4 is not working. However, option 8 is working just fine.
