The trainer doesn't work for me. Nothing happens when I'm in the game and pressing the Numberpad buttons??? Need help

Something obvious like you need to hit the F1 key first to activate the trainer might be the issue.

Otherwise your AV (if you have one) might be blocking the trainer so add the trainer exe to the AV's exclusion list, and try running the trainer in administrator mode.

Also make sure that you are running the trainer as Administrator.
