Tried using that, for some reason the table wont work.

Also its very possible, to edit Skills values. For example QUick learnes 255 skills makes your officer learn leves MEGA fast
(but some skills doesnt have any effect higher than at 20)

The skills memories are bytes, basically search for some easy skills wich is easily level up, then next skill adress value is +10(or +0A in hex) or previous -10(-0a in hex)...

If you edit some skills that are at level 0 (not earned yet) it will do very bad things so dont do that.

P.S: Weapons attack Value DOES make HUGE difference altrough your character have 2500 attack already from other stats...

i've tried so many times..
i don't know which wrong but i follow your instruction

1. pick up base weapon and sacrificed weapon for upgrade atack.
2. on CoSMOS, search base weapon hex value attack(in my case 27)
3. add atack so that it become 28
4. input 28 on hex value scan( next scan) on CoSMOS
5. after this there are no result so that it can't continue and can't be find..
whats wrong with the step? would you please give me the instruction to get de value addres weapon attack?
i want to 255 attack on weapon

Its not hex value, its just simply value (uncheck hex, while scaning) also be sure that you are looking for the byte (value type = byte)

I'm wondering if any one has figured out how to find the officers' skill level EXP values. I tried byte, 2bytes, 4bytes and 8bytes and no results.
