Region takeover is part of Ambition mode after you finish the building for the emperor. That's what we meant.

I am sory to hijacking the thread.. i need help...do you know how to cheat (using CoSMOS) attack action on dw 8 xl complete edition?
Example : Cao pi third charge attack moveset , i want to change it to deadly( 1 hit kill) but just the third charge moveset not all moveset could 1 hit kill.
Do you know how to get the hex value of it on CoSMOS?plese help me
