At least there is way to get online again, (without buying the game again ) that's the most important, i was getting bored because of the lack of multiplayer interaction but now i can enjoy it again

Wait, so using infinite stamina and health doesn't get you soft ban, as long as you you don't obviously use it during pvp so people don't report you?

Nobody freakin' bans anyone if you don't overdo it. They don't have the capacities to track you individually. There are algorithms, checking your memory, nothing more. Also getting reported will bring attention to your account and you might actually be checked. Don't invade people and if you get invaded play it cool.

Soft bans do exist. Summon signs disappear though blood stains and messages will continue to be visible. You can PVP as well to a very limited degree.
Easiest way to know if you're soft banned? Your invasion items all fail at every spot on the map (ie cannot find world to invade).
