I don't know why, but mine not working.

Without game it says "Trainer cannot find game". But when in game, nothing happens when I hit F1.

OS is Windows 8.1

There's a new patch out Patch_v1.3003.
Do we need a new trainer

Not trying to be rude, but did you guys TEST the trainer before asking about an update? Common sense would say you should do that and not just ask them to do it for you. The CH staff does not have time to check for you only to discover that the trainer works just fine. If you check and it doesn't work, then you report it to them. This will save them some time and save you from winding up on someones sh*t list.

lol, no one "asked" for a new trainer. and i only provided a link to the update if it was needed.!
