Yup, the trainer has seemed to stopped working for me also.
maybe because the game updated??(.exe updated and game version is now v1.02)
The patch fixed a few issues where peoples' M+KB wasn't working at all in game, as well as black screens, and CTD on start up. Mostly stuff that prevented people from playing, no actual changes to the game itself, from what I understand.
The trainer is crashing my game now with the update also. I will wait patiently for CH. I'm sure they will check it out.
Has anyone had an issue when using the trainer and not having a boss spawn? No matter what I do I can't get Mytha, the Baneful Queen to spawn after entering the boss mist in Earthen Peak, not sure if it's a real game bug or some kind of cheat protection
Did you have Easy Kills enabled? If you did, then as per the below warning on the trainer, I believe the boss scripting probably broke.
"Numpad 3: Easy Kills - while this is active, most things can be killed with one hit. This may break scripted events, so use with caution. Also be careful around NPC's that you don't want to kill while this is activated."
I've successfully replicated the issue, however, once done there seems to be no way to reset the encounter - I'm still trying, but no luck so far. If this is the case, you'll need to start a new game and play that area with 3 off. Hope for your sake I'm wrong, but if not, sorry, matey.

there is an item you get which strengthens the flame of a bonfire which makes enemies harder to kill and adds more enemies. Using that in the bonfire closest to the boss encounter might make it re spawn definately don't use number 3 if it breaks bosses.
