Just wondering why it was chucked in the retired section after it passed the requests.
was really wanting a cheat for money on this, would make things easier.

From the requests page: Once the game reaches the requirement, it will be evaluated and a trainer created if possible. If a trainer is not possible, the request will be denied and all credits refunded.
Trainers are denied when it is technically impossible or infeasible to create and/or maintain.
