Ok.. to post you have to look click on all those flags saying that you just did what you just told me to do.

Yeah. How about the honest answer to my question of "Mind looking into it?" with the truth of "Yeah, we did what we're doing for it. If it doesn't work, too bad so sad."

I mean, I've only been a lifetime member for a few years now. Pretty much figured out when you guys are gonna stonewall with "Its your AV."

I've gone so far as to completely uninstall my AV and re-install your trainer manager, and nope. Still has no idea what to use to run your hsa trainer. Having me clear a bunch of files isn't going to tell my machine what program will use your exe program correctly. But then, you already know that. I hope.

If you dont want to fix it, or can not be bothered, then hey, thats fine. I've gotten my moneys worth over the years, so I dont feel like your not doing what you said. Just be willing to stand up and say your not going to fix it.
