STiNGERR tried, and as most of us can see, he did his best, and he is to be congratulated for it, but in all honesty, I would be super pleased if 0x90 tried to make his own trainer of FTL, because at the moment, I still can't use STiNGERR's trainer since I would have to uninstall Norton to have to do so, and leaving my computer undefended for hours at a time, and during several times of the week when I might feel the need to play FTL is not really desirable.

This is not the dll trainer makes, it is CH protection wrapper most likely.

Anyway, i have completely rewritten the engine, added activation sounds, made to look pretty, made to try to run as admin itself and tested on Norton and other AVs mentioned in this thread. Please try that trainer and let me know. Sent the new trainer to Pwizard.

I understand you guys are used to the old CH authors but this trainer is just as good as if it was made by them and judging it based on how your antivirus reacts to it is completely unfair. The new trainer should hopefully work with any antivirus now so that complaint should be a goner .

Appreciate the work you've done stinger99, I look forward to testing out your updated Trainer once PWiz posts it, as the one that is currently listed does not work for me with my Anti-virus operational. I however am not using Norton (I use G Data). Greatly appreciate the work you've put into this. While I enjoy 0x90's trainers I am just glad someone else was able to step up and I greatly appreciate it, even if I can't use it currently!

I don't know if it can get better than this. The file i sent to Pwizard earlier had problems with MS Windows Essential, fixed that even.

Wait just a bit for Pwiz to post it.
